The American Society of Echocardiography (ASE) established their online community in 2010 with another provider. Much had changed in the industry but their community had remained static.
The ASE community was seen as a great benefit by its members worldwide.
As the date of renewal was fast approaching, the Society needed to find another solution and partner that could take the online community to the next level and provide first class service.
ASE looked at a number of online community platforms and decided that Sengii would be the best fit. They scrambled to capture their data before the termination deadline.
The migration of data was substantial. Sengii uploaded 12 gigs of assets which included ultrasound images, movies and files.
It was a complex data migration, there were configuration issues, broken links and we needed to provide access to a search library.
Sengii, partnered with SalesForce and together they imported historical records (blog posts, images, documents, old discussion posts, even likes and dislikes) and the image resource library the members enjoyed, filtering out information that was irrelevant or outdated.
