Promises of increased participation and increased revenue by using the Connect social networking platform are all well and good, but how will you know your members are participating, and how will you know how they are participating in Connect?  We have built powerful metric measurement tools into Connect, to effortlessly reveal trends to your Association without any added work on the part of your staff.

Analytics in Connect: Reporting

Metrics such as participation by age range, new group discussions, user profile discussions, top participants in the site, and many, many more are automatically measured on a daily basis for the Connect solution.  These metrics can help inform your Association's business logic, giving you insight on your membership demographics and tendencies, and can also provide your Association with real time proof that your membership's interaction with each other and with your Association is increasing.

Technical Support and Analytics

You can access these metrics through the Technical Support portion of the Management menu, which is under the dashboard of any Administrative member of your Connect platform.

The Technical Support panel controls a host of Administrative features.  This documentation covers the Reporting portions of the Technical Support panel, and the remainder are covered in the Technical Support documentation.

You can generate a detailed report with a large number of Analytics metrics, or an overview report for a longer date range.  Reports of items such as Profile Updates, Discussion Engagement and Group Downloads are also available.

Report Views

Report views provide you with specific analytic metrics for particular date ranges.  Data is displayed in graphs, with the ability to show or hide details for the particular metric, giving you more in-depth data than the graphs display.  These views give you actual measures for participation in your Connect installation, showing you exactly what Connect does for your membership.
