For all issues please include replication (how to reproduce an issue) and a particular Member ID or Member email address (unique). Including URLs from your browser's address bar is also very helpful, along with screenshots. Any of your staff may email help@sengii.com directly without needing to login to a ticket system. This will generate a ticket automatically used for tracking the issue.
