If you have not been emailed an invoice yet and it has been one business day since signing your quote; please contact payments@sengii.com.

If you have sent payment by mail, please wait 1-2 weeks before further action. If you would like to pay by 3rd party service or ACH, please send invitations, details, or ACH template form to payments@sengii.com.

Late Fees

Although we hold the right to apply late fees, we historically and currently do not. If you receive invoice reminders or late notices, please know that you will not be charged additional late fees.

Invoices

If you would like to view your invoices, you may visit our customer portal. Use your primary contact email address and the Forgot Password function to gain access to your account. If you cannot access your account or the account contact no longer works at your organization, you may contact us at payments@sengii.com for assistance.
