Project Summary / Statement of Work

The Association of American Universities (AAU) expressed interest in an online community solution. Connect is our user friendly Online Community solution which includes features such as:

• Discussions: At the heart of the community are the discussions, a place for members to collaborate and engage with each other and your association. Members are able to reply from wherever they are with customizable email notifications and digest options.
• Resource Library: Share resources with members and enable members to share resources with each other. The resources can be in any format; documents, images, videos....
• Blogs, Q&A, Polls: Members and your team can post blogs, ask and answer questions and engage with your members in quick polls.
• Automation: Use rule-based automation to post messages or discussions to members and groups based on preferences.
• Gamification: Use online rewards to encourage participation and engagement.
• Events: Provide users with an integrated calendar so that they can find events within the community. Extend the life of the event by engaging with your members before, during and after the event.
• Integration and real-time synchronization with Fonteva: To reduce the workload for your team we work with you to integrate your existing systems with Connect.
• Reporting: The system logs all the online activities of your members. It makes it simple for your team to track user activity and identify opportunities.

Historical discussions import is optionally a one time fee of $1,000 per system. This is not based on the number of discussions or groups, but is a flat fee for any 3rd party system import for historical discussions.

Historical import has been included in the proposal with a cost of $1,000 and an additional $1,000 for the 2nd system to import from. Please inform us if you would like to avoid importing or limit importing to a single system instead of two systems.

Support

Our goal is to ensure success and reduce complexity for your organization. One of our team will provide customized support for the launch and the ongoing management of your online community.

We host all services and the cost of hosting is fixed as part of your regular fees. All installations are patched, upgraded, and tested regularly. Built into your fees is an annual support subscription. To promote timely resolution, our help and ticket system is accessible to your staff via email (help@sengii.com) and phone (844-5-SENGII) without setup or login required. When helping with mutually beneficial product development you will not be charged, as we value your feedback and strive to constantly improve our solutions.

Education & Training

Sengii provides initial training and ongoing support to ensure that you get the best out of the system. There is an online user guide which provides step by step instructions for the system. Our community Sengii You enables you to engage with other Sengii users for best practice and support. We hold briefings to update you on new features that are available to you.

Privacy Policy

The services provided by Sengii require access to potentially confidential information, particularly: member and company records; professional knowledge; trade secrets; pricing information; and other information of a sensitive nature. Without prior written consent from the customer, Sengii or its affiliates will not:

• Collect or utilize information for the purposes of resale
• Solicit to people or organizations based upon provided data or integrations
• Publish any information collected or provided from services

The term Confidential Information in this proposal refers to the definition and conditions as stated in the Master Services Agreement.

Implementation

Our implementation team is made up of experts who are here to help you. If you have a community that includes an integration and data migration, we guarantee the pricing upfront. We don't differentiate between packages, all of our clients get the gold standard.

Solution Milestones

1. Setup & integration with Fonteva to create discussion groups based upon criteria you specify; Examples: Committees, Chapters, Sections, Interests, Lists, Demographics, etc.
2. Pilot launch, feedback & changes.
3. Full launch to membership.

Release Schedule

After setup costs have been paid, the installation & integration will begin. The precise timing is dependent on customer feedback and the scope of customizations/changes. We recommend a two-phase release in most cases.

Phase 1: pilot launch

The first phase is a soft launch which includes one or more pilot groups to get initial feedback and review the installation.

Phase 2: full launch

The second phase is to create an Open Forum discussion group and launch to your full membership.

Quotation was generated on 4/29/2021 and is valid until 7/28/2021. If the scope of this project deviates considerably, costs of this project may no longer apply as specified in this document.
